What could be a project for OCS2 above that of initiating the quality process in order to obtain ISO 9001 certification in the coming months? For myself, I consider this aim as a new step in the emancipation of a company which will soon be celebrating its four years since I created OCS2 in September 2017.
The Quality and I, it is a long history since my first years in 90’s with a company in full industrial reconversion: in a few months, this company had to meet the quality requirement of the automotive sector, and at all levels of the company, employees have followed intensive quality courses (manufacturing data sheet, self-checking, traceability, fifo, pareto, Gantt charts, fmea… etc). A revolution which won everything, and which required rigor and flexibility to assimilate the procedures. This experience has always followed me and I keep a feeling of pride to have contributed to this business project.
It is therefore very naturally that I decided, wanted, started the ISO 9001 certification process. I see in it the testimony of a constant ambition to see the OCS2 company structure itself, grow, and propose an organization well prepared to face the challenges of the rail sector and the mobility of tomorrow.
I hope to get back to you with good news, if all goes well, during the last quarter of 2021.
